In early August, we began site work on our first multi-tenant Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) facility in Tucson, AZ. Since then, our preferred GC, MLCO Construction, has made significant progress. Last week, grading of the site was completed, and the project has now moved into the site utilities and stormwater management phase.
