RV Storage
Honey Bee acquires and develops RV and boat storage facilities. It is one of the largest owners of RV and boat storage in the U.S. To date, the group has completed over 20 deals, including the largest in the history of the sector with a six-asset portfolio acquisition in Florida.
Industrial Storage
Lynx acquires and develops multi-tenant industrial outdoor storage facilities across the US. Lynx utilizes proprietary data analytics and in-house construction and operations teams to foster growth on a national scale.
RV Resorts
Osprey acquires and develops RV resorts with waterfront access near major metro areas. Osprey currently owns multiple waterfront RV resorts across North America, ranging from the Sacramento Delta to Lake Ontario.
