We are pleased to provide an update on our latest self-storage development project in Peoria, AZ. Our favoured GC, MLCO Construction, is hard at work with more than 40% of the earthwork, site utilities, and foundation pad prep complete for the 83,000-square-foot self-storage facility.
This Class A ground-up facility will bring 600+ units of climate-controlled and drive-up storage to the Phoenix MSA.
