We’re thrilled to announce the start of construction on our first multi-tenant Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) facility in Tucson, AZ, under the Macritchie Group’s newest fund, Lynx!
This 10-acre site will be developed to facilitate more than 100 “mini-yards”. Our target renters include contractors, landscapers, service companies, and small fleet managers seeking secure and flexible storage solutions. The facility will be managed by our in-house operations team under the Lynx brand.
We’re excited about this emerging alternative real estate sector and see a significant opportunity to build a portfolio of high cash-flowing industrial storage facilities. Stay tuned for updates as the project progresses!
