We are very excited to announce the opening of a second facility in April 2024, located in sunny Glendale, AZ! This class A ground-up facility will bring 600+ climate-controlled units across a two-story building and 74 canopied RV parking stalls to the bustling Phoenix MSA.
This project was an inherited design and certainly came with its challenges. Prior to kicking off construction, our team of experts worked to devise innovative and cost-effective solutions to modify the drawings to Macritchie’s standards, in order to achieve maximum building efficiency and cost savings.
Superintendents, Claude Lorey and Mark Potesta, and Senior Project Manager, Jordan Cater, with our preferred GC, MLCO Construction LLC, have done an outstanding job at pushing this over the finish line.
