We are pleased to share that after a year of construction, our brand new, two-story, 118,000 SF climate-controlled self-storage facility in Rio Rancho, NM is expected to open in April 2024!
Through the use of our proprietary data-driven models, this site was identified as an excellent location to bring a new class A facility with over 800 storage units to the expanding Albuquerque MSA.
We’re excited to partner with CubeSmart for the day-to-day management of the facility and open just in time for the 2024 lease-up season.
